The 24th International Conference on Atomic Physics will be held on August 3-8, 2014 at the historic Mayflower Renaissance Hotel in Washington, D.C. USA. The Mayflower hotel is located in the heart of DC, just a few blocks from the White House. Often referred to as DC's "second best address", the Mayflower is the oldest continuously operated hotel in the city and has a rich history which is detailed here.
